Of the many who enter into the medical field as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech language pathologist how many really consider traveling? Some shut the idea out right away assuming that traveling as a therapist would be a hassle. Other therapists won’t consider traveling because they don’t know where to start. Then there are a few therapists who may consider traveling but can’t seem to find the right staffing company who understands their specific needs, so they quickly give up and resort to a permanent position.
It does not take a specific personality type to travel, it does not require a certain amount of experience to travel, and NOW, with MDI Medical, it is not hard to find a company who will listen to your wants and needs.
At MDI Medical we work with all different types of physical therapists and assistants, occupational therapists and assistants, and speech language pathologists. And guess what we’ve found? No traveler’s case is ever the same! Some therapists travel for the love of exploring the country. Others choose to travel to be near loved ones during a critical time. Some therapists choose travel for the higher income and great benefits. And some simply enjoy traveling because it enhances their skills and opens them up to new opportunities. Whatever the reason… MDI Medical wants to help you find the position and location that you desire and deserve!
