For example, if you're a Physical Therapy Assistant traveler who's eligible for a tax advantage program, you probably receive your hourly rate plus a housing allowance, per diem for meals & incidentals, auto allowance, license reimbursement, reimbursement for travel to your assignment, etc. Some of our assignments even have perks like CEU reimbursement, student loan repayment, cell phone reimbursement, and more.

Natalie, Housing Coordinator. Ok, her job is much more than just Housing. Would you believe that Natalie begins her payroll preparation a week and a half before your direct deposit hits? She runs reports, watches for last-minute extensions, and communicates a ton of data to the accounting department. In her normal day-to-day responsibilities, it's Natalie who schedules payables based on your Candidate Confirmation. And, ultimately, it's Natalie's job to be sure everyone's hours are present & accounted for.
Kathy, Accounting Manager. Kathy has the honor of hitting the "SEND" button for payroll, and then has the stress of making it balance. Of course, prior to this, she sets up direct deposits, enters hourly rates in the system, prorates per diems & auto allowances, enters benefits & 401k deductions, and probably a dozen other things required to process our payroll. With all of the things you do for your Physical Therapy careers, Occupational Therapy careers, and Speech Therapy careers, aren't you glad to have one less thing to worry about?
