I have always believed that our reputation has been built on our ability to support our clients and therapists after the assignment starts. This past week, one of MDI Medical’s long time physical therapists had some personal issues that required him to change his work schedule. He and his wife, also a traveling physical therapist with MDI, have always done a wonderful job wherever they went.
Long story short, MDI Medical was able to work with the facility to meet their needs and also grant the request of our physical therapists by providing a unique work schedule. Our MDI Medical team understands that therapists have a broad number of rehab jobs and comapnies to choose from - it is a real testament to our team that we are committed to supporting our therapists throughout their assignment.
