The Joint Commission now requires annual competency testing and Continuing Education Unit tracking. To maintain our Joint Commission certification, we need your help.
If you have not submitted your CEU or competency test yet, please contact us ASAP at 866-518-1750 ext 2303 to receive the forms and test. If you return both documents by Friday Oct. 31, your name will be entered into a drawing for $100 VISA gift card.
