Hi, my name is Keisha Hamilton and I am the Credentialing Coordinator.  I joined MDI in January 2008 as the Branch Administrator and moved into my current position in August 2008.  I am responsible for helping travelers get licensed as well fully credentialed before their assignment start date.  I will use this blog to write about the many facets of the credentialing process, in hopes of making it easier for you!
